Making foosball tables available to my students during lunch and after school will will help students to get off their cell phones and learn to socialize with their peers. Foosball teams and tournaments will be formed, not only between students, but between teacher/student teams. Everybody loves foosball and providing this fun opportunity will go along way in promoting social interaction between students after a year and a half of social isolation due to distance learning. Too many of our students are struggling to connect with their peers. This will be a great opportunity to facilitate the social and emotional well-being of my students.
