I remember sitting in my third grade classroom and thinking "I want to be a teacher when I grow up." I have such fond memories of my school years. I knew I wanted to change the lives of others and I knew teaching was the way I would get to do it! I strive to create a positive, warm, welcoming learning environment where we learn, create, explore, and play. A large part of our students live at or below the poverty level. Every day brings new challenges, but being surrounded by precious kindergarteners every day who are excited about learning makes everything worth it! It all starts here... my dream is to instill a love of learning in all students from the BEGINNING! Thanks for checking out my projects.
