These materials will help students create book club activities to engage in meaningful ways with longer chapter books. Students will prepare different assignments of their choosing based on the same book and then get to make their thinking come alive as they share and discuss their work with peers. Students will have the supplies needed to create from home or school. Many of the materials will also be used for day to day organization and completion of classroom assignments. After a year of so much computer time, I'm looking forward to giving my students some much needed screen free creative time!
