The students are part of a program called ESI or The Expanded Success Initiative that uses new ideas and creative solutions to tackle the educational achievement gap and increase the number of Black and Latino young men who graduate high school prepared to succeed in college and careers. These group of students describe this program as a brotherhood and the results have truly been glorious. We have seen them interact with each other and together have overcome many obstacles in and out of school.

About my class
