Currently, I teach at a low-income school. We have had a recent influx of students and are unable to fund the needs of our growing numbers. With more students, we need more technological support. We are currently a Title 1 school, however, a large portion of our funding was cut this year. We also have an amazing PTA (parent teacher association) who work tirelessly to support our school. The struggle is, with so many low-income students to support, their efforts are just not enough.
