I teach a classroom full of diverse learners. I am looking to provide a diverse learning environment to meet the needs of their learning styles. Not only do my students need to move while learning, but they can fulfill this need by utilizing stand up desks with swinging bars. The donations for this project will be used to enhance the learning environment in our classroom. Students will have the opportunity to work at standing desks with swing bars so that they are actively engaged in their learning. Many of my students have attention issues and sitting for long periods of time can be quite challenging. The stand up desks would provide an alternate space for learning and give them relief from traditional classroom desks and chairs.
