My goal as a language arts teacher is to foster an environment that creates a love for reading and writing. My students deserve to have books that are interesting and relatable. “There is no such thing as a child who hates to read; there are only children who have not found the right book.” ― Frank Serafini. With your help, each child will find their love for reading. With the help of donations, my students will be able to have an updated classroom library that will serve to create lifelong readers. I plan on using these books in literature circles and during independent reading where children could think critically, make connections and inspire.
