My students are a very sweet group of first graders, ranging in various abilities in both language arts and mathematics. Each child has a unique and different personality which contributes to the wonderful and energetic environment of our classroom. My students are very excited about learning and come to school every day ready to "get smarter". Our school is a small country school, which has a high percentage of English as a second language learners and students who receive free and reduced lunch. The students that I work with are very appreciative and thankful for all the little things that I do for them. I genuinely love and care about each and every one of my students and the joy that it brings me to help them to be successful learners.
