The materials I chose for this project each offer a unique aspect to support emotional regulation. The fuzzy carpet will provide comfort as well as meet tactile sensory needs. The floor cushions and bean bag chairs will offer intimate spaces for students to take ownership of and be present with themselves. This space will be a place for calming and sensory/emotional regulation. The led lamp will provide visual sensory stimulation and also create a "Zen" mood with lighting for space. The vacuum will allow us to maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the area.

About my class
