My school's mantra this year is have a positive and productive year. I personally believe this and pack as much fun and learning as possible in each and every day. We love to work hard each morning and afternoon to earn brain breaks. My school is a title one school with a diverse population. Many of my students don't have access to Internet or technology. I feel that students need to be exposed to technology and have access to the digital age. This is my favorite quote from Dr. Seuss and sums up the importance of reading: “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.”
