This classroom carpet will provide a comfortable place for the students in my class to sit on in order to learn each day so they do not have to sit on the hard (and sometimes very cold) floor when they are not at their desks. This will also help create a central learning area where the students can come together as a class and learn from each other's differences. This carpet will bring us together as one. Each child will have their own space so they can focus on lessons and learning without added distractions- a place they can call "their own".
