My students range from special needs to gifted. However, all of my students are passionate about learning science. They like applying concepts they have learned into experiments to help better grasp concepts. Lab days are their favorite days! However, my students don't have all the basic materials necessary to be successful in the lab. Basic materials such as highlighters and folders will motivate them tremendously. My students are absolutely grateful for all they have regardless of their poverty level. Providing these materials for my students will show them how important they are to society and illustrate that hard work indeed pays off.
