I teach 4th grade reading and language arts in a rural school in central Louisiana. Although we are a high ranking school academically, we don't get the financial support that other schools in our parish receive. We have little access to hands on technology for our students, and don't often receive new or updated teaching materials. My students love to learn! They are eager and excited about new ways to receive information, however, this isn't always an option.
