My students might not come from the most privileged homes, but their desire to learn is invigorating. Our school is 83 percent free and reduced lunch, meaning the majority of our students come from lower income homes. The teachers in our school, myself included, want to give our kids every opportunity imaginable to prepare them for college and/or their careers. We strive to provide these opportunities through exciting activities.
