Like I always say, "It's riding the bus education. Anyone can come aboard... the bus is always there and will slow down if it sees you running. But it will keep going if you're late cuz we've all got places to go." This past year our Cardozo students graduated to Princeton and GW. They also graduated to the world of work, many of whom worked 20+ hours a week as students. Our students are down home DC raised and they're new Americans, rising in a new world. All of my students are green and also accomplished in many fields. At Cardozo, we add stones to their path. My classroom is dynamic and collegiate and extends beyond our walls. We read, write, view, think, discuss, create and present daily. We take opportunities to live while learning, and learn while living. We are a proud traditional public school with an International Academy, middle school, and TransSTEM Academy in the nation's capital.
