I teach at a Title I school. My students are hard workers, and I love inspiring them to be successful. Several of my students come from a diversity of backgrounds and do not have needed supplies each day. Confronted with hardships, they still come to school each day, eager and ready to learn. As a means to add joy to the end of their day, I offer a crafting club. My Project I am sponsoring an after-school club called "Crafting & Cricut." The nature of the club is to offer students a fun-filled, creative social experience. Students will be engrossed in a classroom full of creativity, encouraging messages that inspire achievement. Funding this will help make sure the students will have ample supplies to create art that truly reflects their artistic ability.
