Students will be using the Califone headsets (headphones plus microphone) to create presentations and movies. This tool allows them to create personalized audio recordings. In the past, we've tried using the embedded microphone on our iPads, but have found they pick up so much ambient noise that the recording is very low quality. This project will help my students become engaged and empowered creators of content rather than simply consumers of others' content. With these headsets, they can also listen to and interact with Language, Math, and Science learning programs which are differentiated according to the students' needs. These skills will serve them well not only during their school career, but throughout their lives. Thank you so much for helping us!
