These art supplies will allow my students to be creative with their reading and writing by creating an art piece to support their books; retelling and character traits. (ELA RL 3.2 and 3.3). My students will be able to recreate a scene within a book that supports the story and the character. Students will also be able to create a painting or drawing for their personal narrative writing. (ELA W3.3) With the current pandemic so many students are restricted to staying at home for different reasons, many families are unable to afford extra curricular activities, with both painting and flexible seating it will allow students extra movement and bring out the creative mind, all while learning!
