My students are inner city children. The population is predominantly Spanish. I adore my children because they are eager to learn. Their behavior and ability to stay on task shows me they are thirsty for knowledge. They are dedicated students who give me their very best. As their teacher, I want to offer them my very best by teaching them technological skills that will help them advance and compete on a global level. My school ranges from kindergarten to 4th grade. We will be adding 5th grade next year. In education we are faced with some major educational challenges with the common core, standardized testing and teacher evaluations. We have so much to do with very little resources to do it with. I am confident with the proper tools I can make computer class fun, innovative, and interactive for my students.
