Our school is as a heterogeneous as a school can be. It has a climate that everyone envisions of an ideal American school. Our principal is supportive and has worked diligently to build positive relationships between all members of staff and students. She also encourages new ideas in her staff. Since she has been our principal for the past 3 years, I have seen amazing changes in the environment of our school. When visitors come to our school they always comment about their positive experience. We have staff that actively solicit parent involvement in school activities, and after school clubs provide enrichment to students. Teachers regularly collaborate new ideas, and these spread throughout the school furthering the positive impact. I love my school, the staff that I work with, and the remarkable students that pass through my life every year.
