Math and learning games are so much fun, but not when your chairs are hooking and clanging together. I am requesting flexible seating (Wobble Stools) to allow my students to move and reach freely while learning at the small group table. The students move game pieces, flash cards, task cards and other items that require a lot of reaching. That's hard to do when your chair won't move because the legs are hooked with your neighbor's chair. Wobble Stools don't have legs to get intermingled under the table, which allows for more movement. There is nothing more frustrating for students focused on learning than to have their chairs competing for space with someone else's chair. It becomes a battle of the chair legs and no one needs that! Wobble Stools allow students to sit comfortably while engaging in learning activities.
