It is important for students to understand ways on becoming physically active for lifetime. This equipment will give the students basic knowledge on how to perform various types of exercises on their own. Many students lack the knowledge on how to properly lift weights. It is vital that students learn the proper form to prevent injury and social embarrassment in the gym. By giving the students the tools on how to lift properly, teens will feel motivated to continue their fitness journey after high school. Please help provide my students with the proper weights which will help them achieve lifetime fitness.
