My students live in a small, coastal town where everyone seems to know everyone. The are thirsty to learn, and they take pride in their academic accomplishments. This is the first school I have worked in where I can actually teach and stretch my students to their highest capabilities. They are focused listeners and motivated inquirers, and they seek to offer new insights to a text or concept. I am inspired by their questions, and I am looking to find new avenues to challenge their growth.
