My students are special in every way. I teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade special needs mathematics. The students have a wide range of disabilities. The school is located in Brooklyn, New York. The children lack the resources to bring all of the necessary supplies and it is very difficult to purchase all of the things that we need for the classroom. Many of the students show up to school without a pencil or even a piece or paper. These supplies will help to teach and also motivate the children to want to learn. We need dry erase markers and the colorful paper will be given to the students for projects.
