I have a class of 8 amazing 3-and 4-year olds who are eager to communicate and play with others, but face immense challenges. They each present with unique disabilities that involve sensory loss, cognitive & communication delay, and motor impairment - however, that does not stop them from seeking learning experiences. Our classroom is in a large urban elementary school where close to 90% of students qualify for free and reduced-price lunch. We have a strong "UBUNTU" spirit and are always working to practice respect, unity, and excellence in our school and community.
