The students in my classroom are eager and enthusiastic learners. They are fascinated by the enhancement of technology to their everyday learning. The demographics of the school community are very diverse. There are many different socio-economic backgrounds, and our school is a place where none are treated any differently because of race, finances, or academic strengths or challenges. Our school is what is often referred to as a bubble school, due to the fact that free and reduced-price lunch count is low, therefore we don't get the funding that some other schools do with a higher percentage of such programs. My school is a "Leader In Me" magnet school where all are taught the "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People/Children." Each child is encouraged to find his/her niche in the community.
