My students are from low social economic areas in the city. Most of them have parents that either work two jobs or are from a single parent household. The parents want for their children to succeed very much but are limited on time. That is why I would like to have a library at our school so the students will be able to check out books that they are interested in reading. Also, I know this will help them to better their reading skills.
