I aim to create a counseling center where students are provided a safe space to freely express their inner thoughts and feelings. With all the students returning to school this year, in an environment that may feel unfamiliar to them, it is important to have the necessary tools that focuses on their social and emotional needs. My goal is to continue breaking the stigma of mental health and foster positive communication around mental health. Most importantly, I want my students to recognize their strength and strive for progression every single day.
