Every one of my students has something to say. They ALL want their chance to tell THEIR story. Using individual noise-canceling headphones with a microphone will allow students to record and share original stories or teacher-selected text. I want to eliminate the language barrier by allowing them to utilize programs that will capture and track their daily reading. Story-telling brings words to life in an inclusive experience that allows one to enjoy entertainingly hearing the language. Story-telling is an excellent tool to teach content, help children connect to the world around them, and promote feelings of well-being and confidence. What better way to do that than using your favorite puppet.
