The resources listed will motivate and activate the hands of each child, which Montessori believes will then stimulate the mind. The donations for this project will improve my classroom by giving children the flexibility to choose their type of seating, which will result in better listening and learning. The resources will help my children improve their listening skills through books on CD, initial sound boxes and mediation. By having an easel and chart paper children are able to experience reading and writing in a new way. Maria Montessori stated, “The child can develop fully by means of experience in his environment”. Please consider helping my children by giving them the option for more flexible seating in the classroom, which will then result in better overall learning experiences in our environment .
