An air purifier will allow us to learn at ease. The classrooms are small and windows do not fully open to get good ventilation for COVID. Also, the Detroit area and African Americans have some of the highest COVID rates. I want my students to have the opportunity to come to school to focus on their academic vs. COVID contamination. Based on the CDC guidelines, good ventilation is needed indoors to help stop the spread of COVID. At this time we do not have good ventilation and the air purifier will assist with cleaning the classroom's air to keep us safe.
