Our middle school is filled with students who have unlimited potential. At times they could face challenges that we, as educators, may not understand due to their socioeconomic status. Each and everyday most of our students show up ready to learn and are willing to receive the education they are able to obtain at our middle school. Day to day our students face the challenges of having basic necessities such as pencils, paper, erasers, etc. Our school has a diverse population which is derived from many different cultures such as: African American, Hispanic, Caucasian, etc. The socioeconomic status of our students does vary greatly, therefore it can at times be challenging for our students.
