My class is full of curious little ones that love to explore and are eager to learn about everything they can! This is a diverse Kindergarten ESL class with students coming from all different parts of the world, mainly from countries suffering from poverty. For many this is their first learning experience in school and may be the first ones in their families to have a fair opportunity in education. Most of them speak very little English or no English at all. My school is located in a low income urban community, where students receive free breakfast and lunch. Our school is a place that promotes and nurtures each child's social and emotional development. We believe our scholars are destined for success and with the proper materials and support I can make their educational experience a memorable one.
