We use our Chromebooks for every subject and whenever possible and a cart will allow us to keep the productivity going. This includes writing, research, projects, oral presentations, reading, and more! It's my goal to keep my classroom as technologically in-tuned and productive as educationally possible. Each student will have their own Chromebook, but, unfortunately, there are only 6 outlets to go around. As you can imagine, this does not fair well for a classroom of 20 students and a teacher. Having a cart to charge, store, and secure Chromebooks will allow students to have their materials on hand whenever needed.
