My students range in age from 4 to 13. They are great, energetic students who are eager to learn new sports. The difficult thing is that we lack equipment and a proper gym. On a rainy day, my students have to pile into the back of the cafeteria for gym. When the weather permits, we are able to go out into the yard. The sad thing is that in the years past a lot of the gym equipment has been damaged or even stolen, leaving us with very limited resources. My students do the best they can with the small amount of sports/fitness equipment that we have access to. My school has created an awesome learning environment for our students. The teachers and administration all do their best to not only teach our kids how to be better students but also how to grow up to be well behaved boys and girls. We are attempting to do a complete overhaul of the P.E program and desperately need new equipment.
