I have 28 students in my classroom. We are a culturally diverse school, with 51 percent of our students on free and reduced lunches. My students are eager learners and thrive on investigative projects. Our school is a STEM school and provides multiple opportunities for students to be actively engaged in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We also have a primary focus on engineering projects specifically designed to engage girls, which will help foster the idea that girls can be engineers in the work force.

About my class
