Our classroom at Westfield Elementary School in West Sacramento is a functional skills program for severely handicapped and medically fragile students in preschool through second grade. The students' personalities and perseverance shine through any difficulties that they may face. Over the past couple of years some of their greatest achievements include; standing independently, holding their own head up, learning imitation skills, sitting independently, and putting huge smiles on the faces of people around them. These supplies will assist with arts and crafts as well as the further exploration of the world around them.
