All of my students are in small classes because they have special needs that require extra academic support. They are a very tolerant group of students and they are generally kind to each other. The happiest moments of class, for me, include when I hear the words, "Miss, this is a good book," and when my students don't want to stop reading. I have several students who adamantly told me that they don't read, who now complain when silent reading time is over. Sadly, we received almost no supplies from the school this year. I even buy the pencils, folders, and composition books out of my paycheck. We would really appreciate some supplies and things to help our classroom be organized.
