Some of my students are struggling with beginning sounds, rhyming words, and ending sounds. I am requesting a set of sound mats with beginning, ending, and rhyming sounds with objects for the students to sort. I am also requesting a beginning sound sort that covers the entire alphabet and a trace and write board for the students to practice their letters and sounds. I hope these items will help my prek and kindergarten students learn the sounds. I will demonstrate how to use the materials to small groups of students and then they will be allowed to practice the material on their own.
