The students at my school are from an urban area and supplies are scarce. The students participate in positive behavior system throughout the school that we call our "Dolphins Expectation" where our school must be dedicated, organized, loving, prompt and present, honest, have integrity, be noteworthy, and safe. Students that meet those expectations get rewarded for positive behavior through our PBS plasco or Class Dojo websites. Throughout the year we keep track of our students positive behavior, have quarterly parties celebrating our great behavior, and now we would like to reward our students by giving them the chance to "cash out" their PBS points for prizes.
