My students will use these books in Readers Workshop and in thematic book clubs. Typically, my students read 3-4 books per month at a minimum. I need more classroom books in order to engage my students and keep them reading. The following phrase could be overheard in my classroom recently, "there aren't any more books at my level that I am interested in". That statement is heart-breaking for a teacher! Please help me build my library so that I can offer my students more reading choices. The book sets that I have chosen will allow multiple book clubs to occur throughout the year as well.
