Our middle school counseling department is dedicated to providing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) to our students. SEL includes self-regulation, problem-solving, and coping strategies along with building empathy and compassion in working with others. We will purchase a curriculum for classroom guidance lessons, games to play in a group, and materials to support these things. SEL curriculum will help students to engage more with their academics, build necessary social skills, and encourage a growth mindset in order to be the most successful they can be as a whole person.

About my class
