My school resides in the heart of Liberty City, an urban and underprivileged section of Miami-Dade County. Teaching Culinary Arts in this community can be challenging, as students are not usually exposed to fine dining from this area. Being an alumni of this school and coming back after going on to learn there is so much more to life, fuels me to pour what I have learned out onto my students. They have the hunger to learn and only need someone to believe in them.

About my class
