Chess increases spacial thinking, and increases the brain's ability to store complex ideas and information. My students will be able to engage in something fun while challenging, keeping them engaged at school. With a class set of chess boards, I would hold weekly chess tournaments during this enrichment time, investing my kids through competition while they exercise their brains! My students are amazingly bright and have a ton of potential. A donation to this project will help invest them in school, and will help them academically in a fun, worksheet-free way. Help me enrich their school days by helping me fund this project!
