I teach a classroom of 21 five year olds. They are required to be reading on a level D by the end of the school year. A lot of the students struggle to meet this goal. A lot of the students do not have the means to help assist them with reaching this goal. By having a library of leveled readers in class, it will assist me in making sure the students have the means to practice daily. Having a classroom library of leveled readers will be an awesome opportunity for the students! The books will be used to strengthen literacy skills.

About my class
