"Technology can become the "wings" that will allow the educational world to fly farther and faster than ever before" - Jenny Arledge Our school has implemented a rigorous academic curriculum, along with a variety of blended learning computer based programs, such as Study Island, ST Math, and Accelerated Reader. Each program requires the student to spend an average 30 minutes every day on each online program in order to achieve success. With only two student computers in the classroom, it is a struggle for these students to have adequate time to meet their goals. It is my hope that I can provide my students the time and resources necessary to succeed each and every day! With the funding of this project, not only will my students be able to access their online programs more frequently, it will also allow our class to use Google classroom where they can publish their writing, access websites for research, and become familiar with the technology they will need to use for the rest of their lives!
