My current 2nd grade class has 30 students. The students are bilingual and they vary in language abilities. Students enjoy moving around and using singing and dancing to better their listening skills. Technology helps strengthen student attention span throughout the day. I use web sites to help the students pay attention and develop the important skills they need to get through the rigorous requirements of a second grader. Our school is a place where students are given the opportunity to explore technology by participating in a computer lab period. I would like to better the experience in the classroom itself.
