I often use books to begin new lessons so that students can learn about new artists in an entertaining and engaging way. There are so many excellent books about artists and art styles available that I would love to include in our lessons! This art library will make it possible to broaden the content available in our classroom as well as to continue to reinforce literacy connections for students. Students will be excited to learn all about the great artists of the past and present, their lives and inspirations, and to gain inspiration themselves for their own fabulous art projects!
