Since my student's have significant learning and behavioral challenges, they require a strong motivation program. This enables students to work to the best of their abilities. I have always found that prizes for my K- 3 grade level students go a long way in bringing out their best effort. Students will earn tickets daily for excellent behavior and effort. Tickets will be turned in each Friday to purchase prizes. Prizes selected are ones that have been hits with children for many years. Given the challenges of my student's, a Friday prize system will continue to be an exciting motivator to maximize learning.
