I teach first grade in a charter school where students expected to excel. My students love learning. They love reading. Not having the appropriate resources in the classroom hinders them from reaching goals they are expected. Our school is a charter school that was once a furniture store with very little resources. There is no library. A lot of the materials/resources are bought by the teachers for their own classroom.
